Circuit Enclosure Boxes
Versatile extruded aluminium enclosures for housing prototypes, adapters, testers and custom circuits, built using the same rugged casework as Acopian power supplies. Available in Narrow Profile (EN6, EN8) and Gold Box (EG3, EG5, EG6, EG9, EG13) case sizes, with a perforated top cover for ventilation and internal grooves for mounting a circuit board. Moderate-dissipation components can be mounted directly to the case for heat sinking, with an optional accessory heat sink available for high-dissipation semiconductors. Finished in flat gold enamel, with threaded mounting holes and the same wall-mount/DIN rail accessory kits used on Acopian power supplies.

Under/Overvoltage Monitors
Independent accessory modules that monitor any manufacturer's power supply between 5 Vdc and 125 Vdc and provide SPDT relay contacts to control an external horn, light, or signal a PLC if the output deviates from nominal by 1.0V (5V outputs), 2.0V (6-48V outputs) or 3.0V (49-125V outputs). Relay contacts are rated 120 VAC/8A or 60 Vdc/1A, with an operating temperature range of -20°C to +71°C. Available as an enclosed module or as a lower-cost "board with leads" version with an electrically isolated mounting bracket.

External Overvoltage Protectors (EOVP)
Independent accessory modules used with any manufacturer's power supply between 5 Vdc and 150 Vdc to protect sensitive loads such as integrated circuits from damaging overvoltage. When the preset trip point is exceeded the protector short-circuits the power supply output and a green LED indicator turns off; typical applications set the trip point 0.5 Vdc (or +15%, whichever is greater) above the application voltage. Available in three standard trip ranges (EOVP-510: 5-10 Vdc, EOVP-1050: 10-50 Vdc, EOVP-50150: 50-150 Vdc) or with a custom factory-set trip point. Features reverse connection protection, noise filtering and a green "ON" indicator.
